Awesome stuff for your mouth
I use this for my gums to help kill any bad bacteria and to keep them safe. It’s for cough relief too if needed. It taste fine not bad at all and I’m picky about taste. It’s easy to use and the cost is great on Amazon. Very healthy and only use it when needed not more then 7 days in a row fyi.

Great product!
I had a tooth implant that caused my nearby gums to recede, so I was using warm salt water and occasionally hydrogen peroxide to kill any bacteria and to stop my gums from hurting. This worked for a short time. Then I bought this betadine mouth rinse and I love it! It tastes good, though you shouldn’t swallow it! It took the pain away from my gums and it lasts a long time! I would definitely keep this on hand for colds and sore throat. It has a little cup to measure the rinse and the good thing about that is you can clean it well so your germs don’t stay on it and another family member can safely use it.

I very rarely leave reviews but felt inclined to with this product. Like the majority of people, I spent the whole month of December sick with a cough and sore throat. After a few weeks, the cough came and went I was left with very painful sore throat that continued to linger. It was more than just scratchy, it hurt a lot and both my ears began to hurt. A trip to the doctors, a negative strep test, negative mono test, and a whole lotta Ibuprofen, Tylenol, and salt water gargles later, I was desperate for relief. I ordered this and so thankful I did. After the first use, the throat pain was about 70% better. After the second use, about 80%, and today (I’ve used it 4 times total) I’m happy to report I’m pain free! I will add, the instructions say you can you use it up to 4 times per day as needed, and I was only using it 1 or 2 times for about 3 days.It tastes awful in my opinion, I’m a nurse and never liked the smell of betadine….all the mint in the world doesn’t disguise the betadine taste, however I’d take it any day over sore throat pain. Highly recommend!

Wow…With the recent flu outbreak, I unfortunately got it, and I had a strep-level sore throat.There’s a tiny chance it could’ve been a coincidence, but I doubt it, my sore throat went away the next day.In my opinion, the taste isn’t unbearable, and I don’t really mind it.In terms of value for money, I think any price is worth getting over a terrible sore throat.

Does the job
As recommended by doctors, started early, got good results, soothed throat & relieved nasal cavity after swabbing with solution. Nice hint of mint counters iodine taste. Price is good for amount of product will be using & like the idea that dilution is already done, don’t have to mess around trying to make my own, strength is recommended amount to be effective.
