Excellent product with great versatility.
I was really satisfied with this product. It was pretty much exactly what I was looking for in a car phone mount and much more. Most car phone mounts either stick on your window, on top of the dash or on your vent; usually in clear view of other’s prying eyes. I wanted something that could hang a little lower so others can not share the same view of my phone; maybe something that stood on my center console. This product did the trick as it plugs into the car cigarette lighter so adds the function of charging with two usb ports (charging cable needs to be bought separately for your specific phone). I was skeptical about the gooseneck as I thought it would end up flimsy, but it is great as it is very sturdy and clicks in place to hold my iphone 5s. The padded holder adjusts in place to hold the phone very well, whether you want the phone high up (as I do) or a little lower. It also has a ball swivel type adjustment on the back so you can make vertical, horizontal or diagonal adjustments of the phone. And lastly, because the base of the mount plugs into your cigarette lighter, you can also rotate the position of the holder, for example, I can rotate the mount over to share the phone view with the passenger next to me. These 4 adjustments are great and allow such versatility in how you want to position your phone, and again it is very sturdy and stays in place. I’ve had this for about a week and have not had any problems of the phone or mount slipping out of place. I like to keep the phone positioned just to the right of my steering wheel so it’s not distracting when I drive. I’ve actually been so excited about this mount that I’ve raved about it to a few friends.

MUST BUY
This is my second time purchasing this item. My original purchase was in 2016. It worked so well in my Audi Q7. I have a 12v adapter on the middle console. The charger sits upright and held my phone up perfectly for so many years. The first thing that disintegrated was the foam pads that hold the phone in place. Understandable. Next, the adapter shrunk and was so loose in the socket. In order for it to work, I had to keep turning the adapter in the socket to get a connection so it would charge my phone. I wanted to order a new one but at the time this was unavailable. I bought another brand and it was awful. I just made due with what I had. I finally checked a week ago and was surprised it was in stock. This time the adapter is larger and fits perfectly in the socket. So happy with it. Holds my iphone 13 pro max. One thing I noticed the new one did not come w a cord. You have to provide your own cord. It was fine for me as I had the cord from the old adapter. Buy it, you wont regret it.

Great, but be careful
This is a fantastic car charger and mount. It is extremely sturdy and well built. Holds an iPhone 11 w/case or an iPhone 13 w/case just fine. Charges both easily.However, be warned. I put this in our 2014 Expedition dashboard 12v-port, and it WILL NOT come out. The foam tabs on the body of the charger are stiff and oversized, by design. Once this goes in, depending on your vehicle, it may never come out.

Nice car charger
I need a car charger that would hold my phone but adjustable so that I could see out my windshield and not block my touch screen. I found it with this cell phone holder/charger. I’m able to adjust it in several ways you can adjust the back of the holder along with the cable that is flexible, it has to USB posts for different speeds of charging. It was easy to put together, maybe 30 seconds. Once you adjust the holder, neither it or the cable move, and is very sturdy and doesn’t bounce around while driving at normal speeds.

Good, But Has One Major Flaw
When I first plugged in the holder/charger I thought “This places my phone in the perfect place for me, but the holder has a lot of play. It wobbles so much just to a slight touch; it’s gonna bounce around way too much as I drive.” But to my surprise, it didn’t vibrate or bounce excessively. And as I thought, it did place my phone in an easy accessible place. I was able to rest my arm on the center armrest and operate my phone without lifting my arm at all, I was loving it. But then I made a quick left, and the major flaw was exposed.The flaw isn’t with the holder/charger, per se, but with 12volt power outlet sleeve. The weight of the phone and the placing of it (approx. 5 inches away from the outlet) cause the sleeve to rotate and thus the phone, along with the holder, to “fall” to the right. I found myself just putting my index finger on the side of it as a preemptive move to prevent the phone from “falling” every time I made a left. I have stopped using it and opted for a CD mount phone holder, which, so far is working fine.I really appreciated the placement this holder afforded me and the phone holder itself (it seems very well made), but the constant worrying of the phone moving because the 12volt power outlet sleeve rotated due to the weight of the phone holder keeps me from giving this 5 stars. If your 12volt is in a “better” location than mine (maybe center console), this charger may be for you.

Works well, better than what I had before
This car phone mount works well in the auxiliary power jack/socket, much better than the flimsy, interfering, often slung about as it came loose vent louver mounted P.O.S. that I was using before. I was initially skeptical because of the socket placement in my car just to the left and in front of the transmission shifter. But it does not interfere with that to any significant degree, and it can be moved to the side or up and down if needed to prevent this interference. it stays in the socket well and has not come out once, unlike the vent louver mount. It does not vibrate or move to any appreciable degree. And although it is downward from my point of view looking out the windshield, I just have to be cautious and ensure that I make any adjustments to the phone position or use any screen controls when I am not in heavy traffic or other situations where I need constant vigilance. In short, it works better than I anticipated and much better than what I had before, so I recommend it’s purchase, particularly at its price point.

This is well made and will fit most phones but it won’t fit all vehicles. My USB socket is set in the facia under the radio. The arm is not long enough to clear, interfering with the gear stick. It does not state that it cannot be returned. However, it also does not state that it can. I have a Citroen C1 and have wasted nearly £30 Not happy
