I purchased one of these and it works perfectly. After jump starting a 2016 f450 6.7 diesel the unit would not work again. Charged battery everything else worked as should. Contacted customer support they ran me through some test, we determined the jumper cables were bad. They sent me a new set and all is good. Thank you customer support.

WHY DID THEY DO THIS?
Everything looks & works great. Bought 3 of these for.my daughters. It’s easy to use & does what it should. BUT, this is where they screwed up.The unit contains a car cigarette plug adapter. BUT it cannot be connected to the car. This adapter has a female connection. Every 12DC cigarette lighter plug in ever car that I’ve ever owned is also a female plug. There is NO WAY to connect these two female plugs.WHO DID THIS? WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? This about the dumbest think that I have ever seen.UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

I purchased this battery jump starter after seeing it in action first hand on vacation. My car batter died. It was later in the evening and we were parked up against a tree where no other car could swing around front to jump our battery for us. Thankfully someone came along carrying this and jump started our car.I was extremely impressed and purchased 3 for myself and family members.Additionally, one of the battery chargers was not charging out of the box.
