I heard someone say one day “Pre-workout will be this generation’s smoking” and it really hit home. There are many chemicals and stimulants in most pre workouts that we don’t truly know the long term effects of. I decided to look for a healthier more natural option and came upon this product.I went with the Pineapple Coconut flavor. It mixed pretty well, nothing unpleasant. The flavor wasn’t as strong as you’d find in normal pre-workouts, but I prefer it that way. It’s a smooth subtle drinkable flavor, just enough. The flavor tastes real, not like a mouthful of artificial sweeteners. This is one of my favorite preworkout flavors to date, and I’ve tried a ton of other brands.The energy was evident, but not to the levels of chemical preworkout supplements.
