Good lunch alternative for me
I can only use half the portion size. It’s very filling and it tastes pretty good as well. My daughter feels it has too much fat in it but it works for me.

Easy and convenient, not a great taste
Comes in a resealable bag with its own scoop, so measuring out is straightforward.It mixes very easily with water or milk, so not tedious to make a cup!It does taste chocolaty, but it also tastes very salty. So much so, it made me far thirstier than before drinking it. It is also rather “gritty”.It also settles out of suspension very quickly, so either down it all in one go or remember to re-shake it before every drink.In summary, better than starving, but not a replacement for regular camp food.
