Good quality berberine
I am reviewing Himalaya berberine. It is 200+400 mg berberine HCL plus CEYLON CINNAMON. and serving size 2 a day. It is not one of my familiar brands that I have used in the past and I was skeptical at first. However as I used them they gained my confidence. This is made in USA, lab tested, Non GMO vegetarian capsule, fast absorption formula. It’s easy to swallow pills, which I usually take after eating a carb dense food or after my first meal of the day. It’s too soon to provide any update on the results but so far it didn’t cause any health issues, I will keep using this berberine .

Wanted some gut support and this looked solid, from a brand that’s got my trust. Easy to swallow capsules, and have been taking for a couple weeks with no ill effects. Himalaya has always made quality products, no different here. Capsules are clean, with no fillers, which is rare these days. Very satisfied.

Good quality
I’ve been trying different brands of Berberine for about a year since my doctor suggested it. I could tell a difference in appetite suppression within days from switching from another brand which tells me this is a better quality than the last one I used. My lab work also showed improvement in blood sugar level after using Berberine, but I’ve used about 3 different brands since my prior lab work, so I can’t say for sure which if not all are responsible. This did not upset my stomach, but I have been using Berberine for a while, so I am already adjusted. There isn’t any bad taste or smell with these supplements and they are very easy to take.

May reduce LDL and help regulate blood sugar.
I’ve used various products from this brand and have come to have confidence in them as a manufacturer. This was my first experiment with Berberine. I had read that it aids in blood sugar regulation which intrigued me. While I have no clinical evidence of having any condition in that area, I find that my energy levels swing wildly and have speculated that it might have something to do with my blood sugar. I also have just slightly elevated LDL and hoped Berberine might aid with that. Its very difficult to notice or quantify what’s happening in that cellular level inside your body and I haven’t seen any change i myself, but do take comfort in believing that many things included in traditional Chinese medicine might indeed have benefits, based on their long term inclusion and use in those cultures. So while I cant report any obvious benefits, I feel that if they are possible, this company is making available tablets that contain what they say is in there which is something needing attention when making supplement choices.

Works well and no bitter flavor.
I’ve tried various berberine supplements and most tend to provide the benefits I am looking for, but many tend to taste bad (very bitter) and not all work as well as others. This particular supplement also includes ceylon cinnamon, which is not uncommon, and is a complementary benefit for helping to maintain stable blood sugar levels.The supplement comes as a yellow-ish powder (berberine is typically yellow) in a cellulose capsule. The capsules are in a brown glass bottle with a plastic screw on lid. Some light can make it through the glass bottle, so storing it in a dark place is probably a good idea.I found that this supplement did well and I never felt my blood sugars getting out of the norm. I actually think this supplement is one of the better ones that I have tried in that regard. It might also be in part that unlike the others I have tried, the recommendation is one capsule per meal instead of two capsules once a day (so spreading it out might have a benefit). There is also no bitter smell or taste to the supplement, which is quite welcome (even well sealed capsules can have a bitter taste if any of the berberine powder gets on the outside during manufacturing, so these must be made in a reasonably clean factory).

This is an excellent brand that makes supplements. I love the combination of cinnamon and berberine. Berberine is a great help when it comes to digestion and appetite control. I love that this is easy to use and digest. There are no digestive, burping, or regurgitation issues with this supplement. This is a great supplement to add to your wellness regimen. Berberine has many great health benefits. I will get another bottle when this bottle is finished. This is excellent value for the money. Highly recommend.

One can smell the ingredients. Definitely the real thing.
I can’t really vouch for the effectiveness of the ingredients for any particular purpose. I have allergies and have heard cinnamon helps, but they vary enough from week to week so hard to pinpoint whether this really helps. However, I certainly can smell the ingredients in this even without opening a capsule, so I know it contains what is advertised.
