Turning Scaly Like a Fish? Try THIS!
I have really dry skin during the winter and dry skin at different parts of the year. I’ve had Type 1 diabetes for nearly 18 years. I keep as hydrated as I can because I know that helps the skin’s moisture levels as well. Much of my skin goes unscathed with dryness (legs, stomach, etc.). However, my arms and hands—mainly fingers have been getting SO dry this year that my fingers were scaly like a fish. My skin was flaking and I tried several different lotions to try and cure it. I have not ever tried the diabetics relief lotion before & I will FOREVER regret that decision for not trying it sooner. It came carefully packaged with a sticker band over it so the lid couldn’t come off in shipment. You just turn the pump to “open” and pump until you get some lotion out. A little goes a long way, but it’s not greasy at all. It leaves no residue. And what has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS trying to get my scaly, flaky skin to heal with other lotions took only MINUTES to see a noticeable difference. This is excellent quality lotion at a fantastic value. I’ll be using this from here on out & will definitely be recommending it to others!

Every since the pandemic, I have become a devotee to Amazon commerce. Not without some moral conflicts but, I do my best to mitigate that. I will never endorse a product if requested to for compensatory gain. By its very nature…that is a conflict of interest. I have rarely endorsed any product that isn’t above and beyond the pale of reasonable performance. Thus, I must stake my claim with this pproduct….Gold Bond diabetic lotion. I have been a type 1 diabetic since college (44 years ago) In the last 10 years I have experienced dry, flaky skin conditions that, I believe have been exacerbated by my age, diabetic skin condition, environment (I live in VERY dry Colorado) and, in general, not really paying close enough attention to all of the factors that go into monitoring my skin condition. So…in the last couple of weeks, I have been applying several things that assist in that monitoring. I use a scrub (exfoliant) and rinse. I apply an ample dose of Gold Bond Diabetic lotion and I do this daily. Previously, I have experienced a skin shedding of epic proportion. My sheets looked like the e were covered in dandruff. After one week of my current regimen ( which exists solely of scrubbing in shower, Golden Bond application, rinse and repeat for each shower I take. there is, literally, NO, flaky skin residue. Please try this. I will continue its use and report any changes. I never want to report anything that is not accurate. Please let me know your experience

Second time buying this my husband loves it for his very dry skin
This is a super size pump bottle of Gold Bond Diaabetic Dry skin moisturizer. My husband loves using this. I goes on smooth but not greasy. He is putting on lotion in the am after his shower and now that he is retired and home during the day he also uses it during the day all over his body. There isn’t one place that has skin that this can’t be used. The price for this size was a big saving than buying 2 of the smaller size ones. I feel that we made a wise choice the first time in buying this and now since its the second time and he still likes it as much we will continue purchasing this, especially in this size and with the pump. So much easier than the little squeeze one.Plus more economically priced.

Thick moisturizer that works
I subscribe for auto delivery of Gold Balm. Born with sever skin issues and at 60+ still struggling to find an over the counter or prescription moisturizer that lasts more than an hour or two and this works. It’s thick and holds the moisture into my skin for at least 24 hours. A welcome relief!

I’m very picky about lotion. I don’t like it sticky. I don’t like it too thick… But I am plagued by very dry skin. I decided to try this product and I will say it is quite thick, but it truly has changed the dryness of my feet, heels, and skin. I really didn’t believe it would work and I don’t like how thick it is, but I can’t deny that my skin is much softer, smoother and more moist. On a sidenote, it is difficult to get this very thick lotion out of the pumper. It is very hard to pump. At first, I thought my pump was broken. I realized it’s just how thick the lotion is, but it is totally worth the hassle of trying to get it out of the pumper. It just doesn’t come out as easily as my old lotion does.

Outstanding lotion
Living where it’s always sunny and everything is sand takes a toll on your skin. Walking around outside in just slides in your yard dries the skin on your feet out really bad. Then the hot, cold, hot, cold weather right now here doesn’t help your hands or the rest of your skin. Working outdoors makes hands and feet rough. After just putting it on 1 time i noticed a difference in how my feet felt and even my girlfriend noticed a difference. I used this lotion and then put on a pair of socks to help it absorb better and help aid in moisturizing skin… or so I’ve read.The lotion goes on nicely without any greasy feeling afterwards. Seems like it’s absorbed rather quickly after using it. It doesn’t have any really distinct smell and isn’t overpowering at all. Compared to other brands, the size and price were good for me. Only after a couple days use and I’m very pleased with it.

I sent it for my parents around . Dad is diabetic neuropathic and has black spots on upper portion of foot. He is using this for last 4-5 months . His opinion is that the lotion made his skin very soft but didn’t help anything on the spots or numbness on foot.Overall good product.

I’m just wondering where the rest of it is!The delivery was great, super fast, but when i opened the box the texture of the bottle felt yuck and weird, like it had something covering it that had dried and left a chalky residue. I scrubbed it off but then as i placed the bottle on my bedside table i saw (with the lamp light behind it (see photo)) that it’s almost half (or maybe closer to a third) empty! I’m now thinking the residue on the bottle was previously leaked product, however there was no sign of this in the box it’s arrived in and no damage evident to the bottle itself. A bit annoying for a $29 purchase.. It would have been 5 stars (this stuff really is magic) but i feel a bit gipped….
