My dog loves these treats. The ingredients are healthy for her and she’s lost a bit of weight. They’re harder treats not very soft. and smell better then most dog treats as i can’t stand most treats smell.

Smaller than I expected
I’ve been buying Blue Buffalo treats for my pit bull with food allergies but hadn’t bought the Basics line before. Obviously he preferred the Salmon flavor to his regular Pumpkin ones but these are also about a quarter of the size of their standard dog treats so if you have a hungry pup these might not be the best. That being said they are a great size for a smaller dog or training treat for larger dog. He loves the flavor and I loved finding a reasonably priced dog treat with something besides veggies that he could eat (he’s allergic to pork, chicken, beef, wheat and corn). Wasn’t thrilled with shipping envelope though, half the bag of treats were already broken because they were shipped in an envelope rather than a box. Overall will buy again.
