They don’t work, I bought new batteries and chargers them at 100 but they act up and one control moves both cars, but now the music won’t stop play on both and the button don’t work to shut it off, yall need to write real reviews. If my 2 year old was writing this review, she would give it a 5 out 5 stars. As a parent, I may disagree. It truly is a cute toy; don’t get me wrong BUT the music is just too much. I wish she could just play with it without having this annoying and quite loud music playing as she crashes into walls and furniture. Nothing wrong with the product itself. Just a fair warning to other parents that I may cause headaches! Lol

Everything came with it but 4 AA batteries for controllers. Must use tiny Phillips head screwdriver to attach included rechargeable batteries in cars and to put batteries in controllers. Ready in less than 5 minutes. Easy to use controllers even tiny hands lights flash and movement is swift definitely recommend for kids.

The product showed up at first for Christmas my daughter loved it but about a week later one car stopped working so did the remote. She was really disappointed. But luckily we only gave her one at a time. It was easy to use it was really durable! Fun toy for her. But I have to say you get what you pay for.

Brought as a Christmas gift for my children. Only one car works so they never got to play together. Seller won’t even send me a courtesy replacement. They want me to go through the return process which is so inconvenient. Never purchasing from this seller again.
