Large pill, but effective
I was really sick the past two weeks and this has been a life saver. I used to purchase mucinex dm, but this is much more affordable and works really well. 2023 research has shown phenylephrine (dayquil, a lot of other cold meds) has NO efficacy as a decongestant and dextromethomorphan (ingredient in this med and mucinex dm) is recommended instead. The pill is HUGE, which is the only downside but it is a fraction of the price as the brand name. If you cannot take large pills, go with the brand name. Also it is non-drowsy, which is a must during daytime

I’ve had this junk in my lungs for 7 weeks but it’s getting better. 2 doctors appointments and they don’t know what’s up. The St. Louis area is like a cell for respiratory problems. Everyone knows someone who’s had it if not themselves. Good price. Hopefully I won’t need it anytime soon but if I do I will buy from this seller again. Peace out..
