I just got these in a few days ago. The flavor is great, def makes you feel great, and so far so good. I am taking them a week leading up to a trip, and during the trip to try to avoid sickness and help with jet lag. We shall see how much it helps.

2017 They have updated the taste so I am updating my review. Since my last review, they substituted some elements with tumerivnand the taste is now more organic (although not as fizzy as the original recipient).Now that the strange tangerine taste is out, I consider it a full 5 as it is an excellent pre-workout hydrating drink and a great post work out restorative drink.About me/the reviewer: hot yoga 4 times a week/long distance biker during the summer.—Had I rated this before my June order, I would have given it a full 5 stars. The taste was subtle-not sweet and very light/citrusy. Just as important, it was effective at countering rehydration.Since my June 2016 purchase, I am very disappointed that they changed the flavor. It is sweeter and has a synthetic almost tangerine taste. They should have rolled omit out as a different flavor and not ruined a perfectly good flavor.I’m a little disgtuntlef because I had a big supply already and bought th last round in anticipation of summer and now that I am using the new one-I’m just discovering the change which the seller/manufacturer did not disclose. Bottom line I am stuck with it.I am now hunting for an alternative- Makers of Power Pak let me know if you ever bring the original flavor back.

I got this mostly for the trace minerals I believe we need & I believe is missing in a lot of diets for various reasons. Regarding the product: The organic ingredients were a nice bonus, the taste is great, the sugar content is low enough, …most of the vitamins & minerals looked like the perfect mixture for what it was as supposed to do, however, I was surprised to see the ingredients had Cyanocobalamin B12 (synthetic) & not Methylcobalamin B12 (natural). Since it’s a small dose of B12 Cyano-I’m not too worried. Also, I’m aware some studies suggest that your body may absorb cyanocobalamin slightly better than methylcobalamin… & if your goal was meant to quickly replenish your body after a workout I suppose this possibly may be a better version of B12 to ingest. Again, it’s such a small dose per packet, I won’t worry too much about it. This is just my POV. I am NOT a doctor. I’m just a consumer who researches vitamins, minerals, herbs, nootropics, etc.

Great substitute for E-mergency
I’d been using E-mergency for years. Then Alacer sold out to Pfizer, who replaced the sweetener (I forget what it was) with Aspartame, known to have health risks. So I looked for a substitute and came up with this. It works pretty well and, unlike many others I tried, is not nauseatingly sweet.

Excellent Source of Vitamin C, Trace Minerals, and electrolytes with minimal sugars compared to other popular electrolyte products. I use half a pack daily and a full pack if I need an extra boost of vitamin c. Amazing product.
