I took the recommended dose of two while working remotely one day and could not stay awake for anything. It was absolutely horrible. I had no idea that these gummies made you sleepy. I know now! The taste is really good. You can taste the cherry and the celery very strongly, but not overwhelmingly. Can’t say how effective it works just yet.

These little jewels have saved me from much pain from gout. Two of these at night and I’m set. They are very easy to chew and swallow. They are not too big and the texture is nice and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone who has gout issues.

UPDATE: Taste…it’s not so bad!
Updated: Well, maybe like so many other things, it’s something you get so used to, it’s no longer an issue. I’ve been taking these now for about 2 months and, a) I hardly notice the celery seed taste and, b) these actually seem to be working! I have arthritis all over and I’m finding I don’t need to take as much pain medication (i.e., Aleve)! That’s exactly what I was hoping for!I really felt the need to come back and do this update because the company did reach out and offered a refund. I didn’t accept but truly appreciated their offer. That’s great customer service!I ordered these as a substitute for the ones I normally get, which were out of stock.The celery seed extract is predominant “flavor” I get from these, making these somewhat unpleasant tasting and edging on bitter.

Most of the bad reviews have at least one common denominator, which is the taste. For me, the taste isn’t awful…I’m just trying to figure out what they’re supposed to do for me. Sound sleep? Not really. Arthritis? Still there. Antioxidants/ immune help? Got sick twice in one month!I gave this product 3 stars because, again, the taste is ok and I find they have a calming effect, but I also want to give these a real chance. Maybe once I finish a bottle I can see if over the course of time there’s a marked improvement.
