Blade is too thin/flexible for one handed use
It’s works fine and will get the job done, although the blade is too thin and flexible to work very well in the one-handed, folded mode. Compared to other, similar deshedders that I have used, this blade flexes significantly more when using it in that format. The handle is comfortable, easy to use, and fairly robust, but doesn’t make up for the poor blade quality in my opinion.

Wow if you have a dog that sheds out of control then you need this I have a white dog with black spots he sheds like nothing I’ve ever seen before a friend told me about this brush it’s been a life saver it takes off so much of the excess hair that no other brush was able to get it absolutely amazing you need this brush it cuts down the shedding if you brush your dog at least every other day and keep up on the hair nothing like this brush I only wish they made a smaller version for smaller dogs I have a small dog and if I had a smaller size brush it would make it easier for me to use on him it a little awkward sometimes using the big size brush on the small dog I make it works but it never easy because you have to be very careful the brush I’d like using a sharp saw blade to brush the dog you have to be gentle and very very careful at the same time
