Tastes really good, easy to mix even in cold water.
Received the variety pack yesterday and have to say pleasantly surprised. I tried the strawberry flavor first. Yes, a bit sweet, but not overbearing. Most happy that it tasted good, I was able to mix it in a tall glass with cold water and a fork, and added ice. No chalky residue or clumps like most protein powders. Excited to try the other flavors. Hoping I can use as a snack or meal replacement with a bowl of veggies on the side.

Decent protein shake.
Product came sealed as expected opened this up and the smell is very chocolaty. The shake dissolves well, but I like to use a frother. Not sure if using a blender bottle and shaking is as effective. The quality seems really good and it has 20g of protein. I use this as a breakfast replacement when needed. The only reason for 4 starts is cause like most protein shakes I have come across this still has a chalky texture. It’s not strong so that’s a good thing and it tastes really good the chocolate is impressive. Yet again, the chalky texture/taste is the reason I hate protein shakes. It’s a clean protein shake so it’s worth the investment. It doesn’t really give me a full feeling which is good and at the same time makes me still want to eat bit functionally it works well.

One of the best protein powders- No grit and great flavor
I’ve been on the hunt for good protein powders that taste good and don’t have a gritty texture. This flavor and brand is it. I use strawberry, vanilla, iced coffee, and mixed berry parfait most often. I enjoy it blended, just with water in a shaker, and in ice cream I make. Other powders have left an after taste and/or had a gritty texture. I don’t have either with Happy Viking. It’s also free of things like soy and gluten which I prefer.Top quality Top flavor Top texture

The Happy Viking Plant Protein & Superfood is so sweet I cannot use it. I ordered the chocolate flavor, but it tastes more like caramel. Returns are not an option.My review 1 star was due to the non return policy. The company reached out to me and has offered to refund the cost of the product. They have excellent customer service, which gets them 5 stars.

Plant protein for my new journey! Happy Viking vanilla!
I’ve been using this Protein powder for the past 4 months now since making the decision to make changes in my diet. My cholesterol has been high & have since started eating more fiber, fruits, veggies & protein, getting away from sugar & processed foods. I’ve always been a sweets eater, but since changing my diet have found I don’t crave the sugar as I once did, sugar is definitely addictive.I’ve been making smoothies every morning & add Happy Viking vanilla to get the protein I need. I love the vanilla! It tastes great & mixes well in my smoothies. I’ve also had the strawberry which I enjoy as well. I’ve been very happy with this protein powder & plan to continue using it in my new journey!

Gritty, but filling
So the serving size is 2 scoops in 12 ounces of fluid, and actually that is really filling. It has good flavor, and thankfully not as sweet as other protein powders. The only downside is that, like all the other plant proteins I have tried, it is gritty. It just doesn’t devolve as well. That being said, it is less gritty than some others I have tried. I tried with a mini blender and a blender bottle with the same results. A little pricey, but uses less per serving than some others.

Very tasty alone but the ingredients
I found this years ago and was extremely excited about it but now I see the erythritol and the gums. It tastes very good (Greeña Colada) with plain unsweetened almond milk, which is quite uncommon when it comes to meal replacement or protein shakes. I had one yesterday and enjoyed it and then had a second shake after I woke up this morning and it seemed too sweet for me, almost like a cake batter or frosting flavor but I’m a savory breakfast person and do not really enjoy sweets overall so this may not be your experience. This is something I will just keep for the afternoon or evening – or even for a sweet treat. They’ve done a great job with it because it is satiating and I was satisfied for hours afterwards with no digestive issues.The price was great and it expires in about a year (12/20/25) so I am not worried about finishing it in time. I just really wish I had read the ingredients before I bought it after it had been on my list for years as I’ve been working on improving my digestive system for years and it’s finally paying off I do not want to mess with gums now. I realize studies and opinions vary on this but I’ve found some success in removing gums. However regarding erythritol I have also had trouble with thick, sticky blood so cannot afford that one.If the gums and erythritol are not concerns for you then I highly recommend this! I know I would otherwise choose this as my go-to meal replacement.

Has been delivered half open and hence contaminated!! Outer box tightly sealed. Inside jar was open with the powder spilling outside. There’s apparently no return or refund. Precious money down the drain.
