Excellent boots
I got these on sale and they are well worth the money.Completely Waterproof and comfortable after just one week of breaking them in.I bought them 1/2 size larger. Probably could use my usual size 9 1/2.Bought them for summer/ Fall trail walks. Now I’m wearing them on cold rainy winter days.Love them! These are top quality. Five stars. Would definitely repurchase but I hope they last 5+ years.

Comfort and Price
I like these new hikers from Keen, ok, they look kinda muddy now because I just came back from a 4 mile hike! The best part was, I didn’t even think about my feet because they were comfortable. Enough toe room and good ankle support. The price really is impressive also. I would buy these again. Good traction for hills and wet terrain, not too heavy on my feet and easily adjustable laces give a firm fit.

Women’s Keen Hiking boots
A Swiss Army Knife for Your Feet.As an avid hiker, I embarked on a solo adventure to Switzerland, where I put Keen’s women’s hiking boots to the ultimate test. These boots are a dream to wear. They provide exceptional arch support and cushioning, making them a joy to hike in for hours on end. The padded collar and tongue prevent chafing and offer a snug fit. Switzerland’s unpredictable weather was no match for these boots. They kept my feet bone-dry through torrential downpours, snow-covered trails, and muddy bogs. The breathable construction allowed my feet to stay cool and comfortable even during strenuous ascents. Not only did these boots excel in Switzerland, but I’ve also been using them for swamp trails in Florida. They effectively protect my feet from water, thorns, and debris. Their versatility makes them a must-have for any outdoor enthusiast.Cons:Slippery on wet flagstone and sugar sand. The treads on the soles do not provide adequate traction on these specific surfaces, leading to a lack of grip and potential for slipping. Ask me how I know, LOL…

Great replacement for my old keens
Different color, same design. I can wear heavy socks without pinching. These are very comfortable and true to size. Not a heavy hiking boot. If they last as long as my other pair the price was awesome!!

Great boots
Good quality, sturdy walking, hiking boots and general everyday wear. Good arch supports. I have pronating ankles and a crushed foot. They are much better than any footwear my podiatrist prescribed. I can wear them all day and be comfortable and not worry about twisting my ankles. I love them.

Comfy but they don’t hold up
Ive always had keens and I know they don’t typically last me more than a year. I tried Merrells but they proved to not be waterproof like my tried and true Keens.I’m a little disappointed because I purchased this set to replace the Merrells in late July. I’d wear them hiking on the weekends but overall I wear crocs if it’s nice enough.I do wear these almost daily since maybe Nov/December. And I don’t walk a whole lot in them for my job but I do wear them outside on stones everyday (doggy daycare)I noticed about a week ago my feet were starting to get wet and noticed all the cracks and holes in the shoes. They only lasted 6 months. I’ll try a different version next time.

Keen hikers are great
I’ve bought keen hikers before and this model line. They’ve lasted years but should have been replaced due to worn soles. These are rigged with aggressive tread, perfect for rucking in the snow, rain, and year round use. Easy lacing. Only CON is the laces are too short but very functional and in no way affect the boot performance. The MID hiker supports my skinny ankles without any problems with seams etc. I’m not too much into loud colors so this olive color fits in my “gray” living outside. Breaking in is very important to me (I’m a klutz and would twist my ankle if I’m not familiar with tte boot construction) so I wore these in the house before rucking. I use the hiker Darn Tough Socks I bought on Amazon and they don’t make my boots too tight. I like the elevation and aggressive tread, but I sure miss my VivoBarefoot winter hikers (zero elevation and I feel the ground do no tripping or twisting my ankles). I like these hikers are water resistant and very sturdy and durable for rucking, hand shoveling snow from sidewalks and driveways for mom, etc.

Just back from a weekend in the Yorkshire Dales and although I’d had little chance to break the boots-in, these were comfortable out of the box. I have plantar fasciitis so needed boots with good arch support and these fit the bill. The toe box is wide so allows for a decent toe spread. I walked well over 20 miles and had zero issues. They are perfectly waterproof so far and the grip is fairly decent.

Comfortable boot. But would probably come down half a size next time. Look good. I’ve always bought keen and these were the cheapest ones I’ve gone for. I would probably stick to the tougher leather ones next year. They seem warmer and better quality than these ones. Otherwise a nice boot for a few months.

These boots are nice and wide at the toe box. So if like me you have bunions or need orthotics, they are ideal. I usually take a size 5.5 and even with thick socks the 5.5 were plenty big enough.I’ve hiked through thick mud and wet grass and so far they’ve been waterproof. The ankle cuffs are quite stiff and took a bit of breaking in, but otherwise these boots have been very comfy and seem pretty good value for money compared to other brands. Sole seems adequate on stoney paths and offers decent gripJust hope they last as long as my old Berghaus boots…7yrs and hundreds and hundreds of miles!
