I ordered the Bunkell Omega 3 Fish Oil, Triple Strength Fish Oil Supplement | 1280mg of Omega 3 Fatty Acid | EPA 650mg + DHA 450mg. The product arrived sealed for safety with and expiration date nearly two years out, both things I appreciate. The softgels themselves are of the smaller variety which makes them easier to take when compared to the larger, missile sized fish oil supplements. The serving size is 2 and you receive 90 in the bottle so this is a 45 day supply. There was a slight fish odor if you breath deep into the bottle but much less than other similar products. I took one softgel with my breakfast and had no stomach upset later and, even better, no fish burps.At around $20 for a 45 day supply, this product is on the higher end of the range but if it remains a true “no fishy burps” product then that extra cost may be worth it to some (including me)!

Omega 3 fish oil
I like that these are concentrated with 1280mg of omega 3 per serving so I don’t have to take as many pills every day. I’ve noticed no bad side effects, and I don’t notice any taste either. These do appear slightly smaller and more rounded than other pills I’ve tried, which makes them a little easier to fit into my daily vitamin case.

These Omega-3 fish oil capsules are easy to take and have no aftertaste. The capsules are smaller in size than others I have had which make them easier to swallow. I like that that have no fishy odor to them. Serving size is two capsules and there are 90 capsules in a bottle which makes them a value purchase. I mostly like them because they are a quality product, the capsules are smaller, and there is no fishy smell or aftertaste.

Nice EPA and DHA Amounts
I got this for the cardio benefits that fish oil may possibly have. I always look to see if the amounts of EPA and DHA in them are at amounts I like with my health goals and with this product I am all smiles. These are sometimes called long-chain omega 3’s because of their structure. I try to incorporate many of the good fats in my diet and these omegas from fish oil are ones I look for based on what has been observed in many studies. One of the things I like with fish oil is that they help me possibly with the fat soluble vitamins/supplements I take. I eat low carb mostly and it’s challenging for me personally to get good fats in my diet to help my fat solubles get in the state they need to be for the digestion process. With fish oil supplements I take one in the morning with my moring stack and I take another fish oil later with my mid day supplements. So I’m getting the fish oil plus the possible carrier action I need for my fat solubles. I prefer wild caught fish and like that this product used them and also have no artificial flavors or coloring. I did not see where these were third party lab tested but I do see the non-gmo indicator which is what I prefer. I had no sides with these and they were easy to take. Good option, but more costly than the ones I usually take.
The Bunkell Omega 3 Fish Oil caps aren’t overly fishy smelling and are easier to swallow than all the other fish oil caps I’ve taken due to their size. What I also like about this particular fish oil is that the Omega 3’s are in Triglyceride form. This is the form I’ve learned to look for. They are third party tested and the bottle I received has an expiration date 2 years out. I have had no bad side effects from this fish oil. A serving of these 2 smaller caps provides about the same amount of Omega 3’s that I’ve been getting in 2 large caps, so for those who have trouble swallowing large fish oil caps, this is a good option. However, they are twice the cost of my current fish oil, and that’s the reason I gave it 3 stars.

Excellent EPA and DHA Levels
Fish oil with EPA and DHA was recommended over fish oil without. The levels in Bunkell Omega 3 Fish Oil are excellent. I am pleased with the size of these capsules since they are easier to swallow than other brands. It is still recommended to take two. I appreciate that they do not smell fishy, and they do not create a fishy smell once ingested.

I am careful about what I put into my body. As to supplements, not having access to an analytical laboratory, I have to look elsewhere for information.A search on “methyl mercury” will tell you that it is a frequent contaminant of both fresh water and deep sea fish. The amount in Omega 3 preparations is “GRAS – Generally Recognized as Safe”. But, GRAS standards are not very carefully evaluated and should be taken with a grain of salt for anything you will take more than occasionally.Mercury is a serious neurological poison. Repeated exposure to methyl mercury causes it to build up in the brain. It can take the body up to 20 years to purge the brain of every additional dose by half.For this Omega 3 Fish Oil:- There is no independent third party certification- There are no claimed certifications in the webpage or on the label- The manufacturer, Bunkell, offers only a handful of products- Bunkell products only appear on W*lm*rt and Amazon (as best I can tell)- The only claim is that it is “purified”.I am not comfortable taking this.
