Love these very effective
I love these. They are amazing. I have to sleep with Invisalign at night, the size is very comfortable. It’s very easy to use. It gives me sleep quality because my mouth is not dry all the time. It’s a very good value for the money, the box has many Different Nightly pieces To use, it helps with my dry mouth, and I can wake up with refresh breath, plus it keeps my lips from drying out

As a Melt, XyliMelts scored well with the exception of one issue
Here’s what I discovered when trying XyliMelts: First, I was looking for a product to prevent dry mouth during sleep and tried various sprays, gels and toothpastes. Secondly, the ingredients were acceptable, except for Magnesium Stearate. The company claims that the melts are free of dyes, colors, gluten and most other allergens, which seems accurate from my experience. Also, the company has a good reputation. The directions state to place the flat side of the melt at the gumline on an outside molar. I tried this, and the melt stayed througout the night, secured, and providing moisture when my mouth became dry. By morning, it either dissolved completely or left a small amount, depending on the dryness. Since dry mouth relates to the pancreas, I analyze my diet when experiencing the symptoms at nightime. I also know that insufficient saliva can lead to cavities, and sleeping with a dry mouth worsens this. Note that some flavors have artificial sweenters, so check the label carefully. I will continue using these unless the formula changes, its worth it in so many different ways.

These work well for their intended purpose. However, I developed a bad, deep cough on nights I took them. I experimented several times and feel confident that these caused the cough, though I don’t know the mechanism. I’m a medical person (ie. nerdy), and will investigate.

These seem to help for dry mouth, but if you have a super dry mouth, like from medications, they can be dissappointing. They should have put some flavor in them like peppermint or something. Sometimes I wake up and feel like I have a piece of chalk in my mouth. They’d be a lot more pleasant if they had some flavor.

Dot Wait any longer…They WORK!
I learned of these from my holistic dentist office in which he had free samples in his waiting room. I ended up not ever trying them for quite some time just because my dry mouth wasn’t that difficult to handle, yet. I needed up giving them to someone I thought could benefit from them more if they worked. Well, I started to have really bad nights where I’d wake up several times with my mouth wide open nearly choking I was so dried out! I always had problems with mouth breathing but it seemed to be getting worse. I really felt like I definitely needed to try these so I placed an order and have not skipped but 1 night since and have had nothing but positive results. I’m now on my second pack in the box. They took some time the first few nights to get used to but after that they have been easy to insert and adjust. I love when I wake up occasionally in the middle of the night now with my mouth still closed and I taste and feel the tablet still there nearly melted. Also, they do keep your mouth fresh and waking up with a clean feeling still is something I always look forward to. I tell you, waking up in the morning without a dry mouth is such a relief and I will continue purchasing and using these as needed and WILL recommend to all who have this problem!!

I do a lot of public speaking, often while speaking I get dry mouth. These tablets stick to the roof of your mouth and allow you to still speak clearly while keeping your mouth from becoming dry! I’ve tried other lozengers and gels that didn’t work nearly as good.

I like that they last longer to stop my dry mouth when I’m sleeping and awake than any other medication I’ve tried. They stay stuck to your gums wherever you put them. Worked so well I gave some to my nephew to try out. They have a very mild minty flavor. The tablet does not show a bump under your cheek even though it feels like it. The brown side sticks to your gum line and has a little concave shape to fit comfortably. Switch where you put it or can cause irritation just from the pressure from your cheek.Only downside is that one doesn’t last all night. If I didn’t have dogs I would keep one on my nightstand to add. But this product is so incredibly poisonous to dogs I won’t chance it.

These little discs absolutely have gone far beyond everything I’ve tried to date. I have Primary Sjogrens and as one of the symptoms… a dry mouth is no joke. I regularly use Biotene toothpaste, Biotene spray, Biotene mouth gel and Biotene mouth rinse, but I still had episodes of severe dry mouth…. No saliva, difficulty speaking and swallowing. I use these mostly at bedtime, but also have some in my purse for on the go. Almost instant relief! They really do adhere to your teeth/gums and will stay there and slowly dissolve, even if you fall asleep. I have tried many, many things to try and help, especially at bedtime. These are so easy! You can slip on into your mouth, just like a regular lozenge, use your tongue to tuck it between your teeth and gums, seriously! Relief is fast and has made going to sleep so much easier. They may seem a little pricey at first, but they are worth it and they are now a staple in my dry mouth regime. 😍😁

Works very well for when your going to sleep if you want to avoid waking up with a dry mouth.A bit expensive compared to cheaper Gum that helps produce saliva if your awake, but easily the best option for when your asleep.The price does mean I’d recommend not using it every night but only during times when your producing an excessively dry mouth, such as when your sick or taking certain kinds of medicine.
