This is a pretty dress and the material is soft and washes well. I deducted one star because it runs very large. You can probably size down 1-2 sizes from your normal size and it will fit perfectly. I was going to return the dress because the size small is far too big but decided to keep it for a pregnant co-worker.

I requested this beautiful maxi dress to take on my next cruise, and I am so happy with my choice! I ordered an X-Large, and it fit perfectly (for reference, I typically wear a 12/14, 170 lbs, pear-shaped, 5’3”). The elastic bodice is not only flattering but also super comfortable for all-day wear. I also love the high neckline, which really accentuates my long neck.I chose the rose color, and it is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is soft, similar to a thicker T-shirt material with a bit of stretch, making this dress both comfortable and stylish. Plus, it has pockets—perfect for carrying small items! Since I am on the shorter side, the dress hits almost at my ankles, which is exactly what I expect from a maxi dress.I love accessorizing this dress with a nice belt and a lightweight cardigan. I love this dress – and it has hidden POCKETS! It fits nicely, the fabric is heavier than I’d expect for a dress characterized as a sundress or summer dress, but I love it because I’m always cold, even in the summer (due to the constant air conditioning everywhere) so it’s perfect. I don’t think it would be hot for others though, unless you have an outdoor outing. It hits closer to my ankle than it does on the model, but I’m 5’2 so I’m not surprised. This is definitely dressy but could be dress-down if you so desired. I definitely recommend this dress.

Wanted to love it but……
This dress is SOOOOO close to awesome, but completely misses the mark.Pros: super-soft fabric. Pretty weathered blue color. Great weight for breezy summer dresses. HAS POCKETSSSSSSS!!!!Cons: does not look or fit like the photos. The neckline is so ridiculously tight that it feels like I’m being strangled. There’s no way to stretch it, lower it, or otherwise make it less constricting. Unfortunately, this renders the entire dress unwearable.If you don’t mind being strangled or have an inhumanly narrow neck, this dress is for you. If you have ninja sewing skills and can fix the gathered elastic, maybe you can make it work. If you want an out-of-the-envelope dress for breezy cruise or summer wear, keep shopping.

Comfortable dress with unique design
Love this dress! Super comfortable and pretty design with ruching bodice. Flows in the breeze making it perfect for hotter months. It has small pockets and it is super stretchy. I ordered Large and couldn’t sized down but didn’t want the ruching to stretch too much. The material is thin and would be see through in sun. The length is long enough to wear with heels and would be good for those who are tall. Love the amount of colors it comes in because the high neck which is comfortable is modest and unique. Material is thin so could pull or tear if not careful. Overall a nice summer dress.
