Busier than expected –
Good kit for the car
The L&L First Aid Kit is a great size for the car or travel. I got it to live in my wife’s car next to the roadside kit. It has a nice assortment of adhesive bandages, some smaller gauze pads and rolls, a few antiseptic wipes and some miscellaneous tools like scissors and tweezers. It’s perfect for life’s cuts and scrapes with kids. As a paramedic for 15 years, I have some perspective on what should be in and what might tip the balance out of small and useful, and the only things I added were some larger gauze pads. The only other thing I’d consider adding would be a RATS tourniquet, but that’s a little far for most people’s experiences. The components are well wrapped and dated.There are a few odd additions, like a tiny “cooling pad” intended for fever, a constricting band like is commonly used for blood draws or starting IVs, and a CPR barrier device that seems like it was there to check a box rather than be used, but overall the kit is well thought out and functional. First aid books always make me suspicious, as they are often rife with outdated or incorrect information, but this one is actually accurate if a bit unconventional at times- the heart attack section discusses exercise and good nutrition as key to prevention, which is great advice but not particularly timely in the emergency setting.The case is well constructed and easy to use, and overall the value is good for the kit.

All the necessities in a quality case to keep it organized
Exactly what I was looking for, a compact kit that has a lot of options for unexpected needs. After the wild fires in California this year I decided it was time to get a go bag ready and something I was lacking was a first aid kit. This has everything I could need (I don’t have the training for more) in a nice case to keep it all organized.

Easily Refillable
I got this first aid kit from L&L First Aid to replace the kit I keep in the car after the zipper broke. This is accurately described and I like how well the case fits under the seat. The white color makes it easy to see in contrast to the dark floor color so it is easy to find even if the lighting isn’t great. Since this is a rigid case, I’m not as concerned about the contents getting crushed as I was with a soft-sided case.If you prefer cases with tons of organizational pockets, this isn’t what you’re looking for. However, if you like to be able to easily refill a case with the items you frequently use, this is a good choice. The case open so that you basically have a single pocket on each side of the clamshell. The netting hold the contents securely enough that you can open it with either side up without things spilling out. The prestocked items are the quality that you typically find in generic aid kits. For the number of usable supplies and the ease of refilling this case, it is a worthwhile purchase.

Decent first aid kit for the car
This is a good first aid kit to treat scrapes and small cuts but nothing really more than that. It’s pretty small so you can easily stick it in your car, that’s how I’ll be using it as a car first aid kit. The case is a little bit harder which is nice, so you can put it car seat and it shouldn’t be damaged.
