Along with using a heated mask daily and eye drops, this supplement has helped my eyes to rarely feel dry! While they are pricey, I think it’s worth it. They have a nice citrus smell and no taste/after taste.

This product saved me:I went to the V.A. for a problem that needed to be addressed for my skin. The doctor helping me took one look at me and said you need to go see our ophthalmology department right now, your eyes look terrible. Do NOT leave! Well terrible does not describe the words I was feeling. My eyes felt like someone throw sand in them and poured gasoline on top off it! I was miserable for 2 weeks already. I could not keep my eyes open and at night it got worse.I get to the ophthalmology and see a doctor. He examines my eyes for about 2 minutes or less and says ” You have dry eyes”. Go to “Walgreen and get the over the counter dry eye stuff. That was it.I couldn’t get to Walgreen’s fast enough… long story short I ended up with seven different one’s to try that is how desperate I was. It barely worked this was December 2015. Finally, I say with all the issues I got going why don’t you shoot me now, I can’t take it anymore.. with all the other stuff I got going ? I could not even drive safely anymore.I decided the V.A. doctor was full of Sh$t. I made a appointment with a civilian ophthalmology and he also say’s you have “dry eyes”, but there many kinds and you have some other issues going on with your eyes.He gives me some testers and I get some good relief and some eye lid scrubbing medication. Seems to be helping my dry eyes and many floaters in my eyes.
On advice of my eye dr, I gave this a try to remedy extreme gritty dry eyes. He said some people report it helps. I tried it for two bottles worth and it did seem to help. 3 months ago I ran out and decided not to renew. Now I am having extreme graininess so I am going back on it. It takes sometime to notice a difference but I think it may help. It is probably good for your overall health anyway. It is just costly.

Absolute best Omega 3 that you can get
Eye doctor recommended these for dry eye. They work. I can tell a physical difference in that my eyes are no longer dry and my lips don’t chap or peel when I’m taking these. So I know they are legit. You can learn more about these by going to the manufacturer’s site. They really go the extra mile for quality and to ensure no mercury or pollutants sneak through. They are worth the extra money. I tried multiple other cheaper brands to see if I could substitute, but no brand works as well as these. In a week, I notice a difference so even if you don’t have those specific problems that you can’t tell, then know they are working behind the scenes in the ways omega3 is supposed to benefit the body since they also work in obvious physical ways, within a week of taking them. If I can only take a few supplements a day, this one will always be included.

Terrible after taste and belching.
My stomach was rumbling each day and the taste of fish was constantly in my mouth. I was burping all day and night. Expensive cost and you can’t return. According to an article I read it could be the oil was rancid or low quality product. I just will not buy again. This was a horrible experience. The smell was awful when I opened the bottle.
