Great mist , easy to use, wish it was easier to clean
I love this steamer! I use it by lying on my bed and I put it on a cutting board behind me for stability. The steam is great! And I love the arm extension , allows for better coverage. It’s hard to clean though. No way to get into the chamber to do good cleaning. I use only pure water but still worried about mold, etc..so, after use , I empty out as much water left as I can , then I take hydrogen peroxide and pour a capful in the chamber , swish it around good, then I place a fan over the hole that the arm screws onto.. and let this flow on it for a couple hours and then the chamber is dry … so this is how I clean it. Great device! Just wish I could get to the chamber to hand clean it .

I’m a licensed esthetician, and I purchased this item for my at home spa for friends and family thinking it would be a convienent choice, easy to move, easy to clean things like that. Number one, the steamer broke on me after 8 uses. It started to spurt out hot water and had a smokey smell to it. I gave up cleaning it, it’s unnecessarily difficult to get all up in the part where the water sits. Hard to clean, smells burnt and leaks everywhere. Do not buy, you’re better off buying literally anything else.

It works great, and it is very reliable, but after a year I ended up having to buy a new one, I noticed that it was turning color, and had build up on it. I did try to clean it, but there is really no cleaning it. The best thing to do is use distilled water so for now on I will use distilled water so I do not get the mineral buildup.. The steam comes out nice and strong . The removable handle is awesome because you can move it around to where it can reach your client.I really love the steamer, and it’s always reliable! I definitely recommend it!!!!

Nice, basic steamer. I bought for my hair and skincare and it works well for both. Heats up quickly (under 5 min) and I haven’t experienced any hot water dripping from spout or anything. I only use my steamer for 10-15 minutes at a time but it could surely go for longer than that if you fill up to the max line.

I give it a 5 star, but I’m going to say here 4 1/2 star only because the extension makes it 13″ , which is actually REALLY good, but a few more inches ( 2 or 3) would be so helpful..
