I purchased these, since my skin is pretty sensitive to pure ice. I usually need to ice my arms after allergy shots, so I invested in these. I wrap them in a towel and apply to the back of my arms. They work so nicely! Just squeeze them, wait for a pop, and shake. They will be cold instantly but not biting cold like pure ice.My only negative is the coldness does run out pretty fast- within 10-15 minutes I’d say. But, overall, they are convenient and a great thing to have on hand!

I’ve ordered these same instant disposable ice packs twice. Each time I had one fail and only leaked out liquid. Not sure if I was just not prepping it properly before use (must fold in half until you hear a pop). Otherwise, they work fine.
