Selenium 200mcg
Adults generally need about 55 mcg. per day, so this far above what most people need.Probably best to open the capsule & take just a quarter of it. Split the tablets into 4 pieces& see if that works.I took the full capsule & quickly discovered I don’t need that much.

Excellent company and product — Note, Selenium is smelly due to the natural sulfur
I use many of the Pure Encapsulations products. I was introduced to it by my chiropractor and I trust the brand. It is 3rd party independently tested for purity and dosage. I was a bit surprised to find that the selenium has a strong odor (it’s stinky), so I called the company and verified that selenium does have a stinky odor due to the natural sulfur in the product. This is normal.
