This product works just fine assuming you have a surface compatible with suction cups. The arm is adjustable and can be fastened in place.The suction cup pad has an adhesive which can make up for the limited suction ability provided you place it right the first time.The brackets work well and reliably hold the phone. The bottom brackets are not adjustable, so if you plan to use an Aux cable on your phone you may have a little trouble based on where it is located.All in all, it will work fine for some but evaluate where you want to use it and how.

Doesn’t stick
Got this in the winter and for the most part it’s stayed on pretty well. But with it getting warmer and the sun being out longer I’m constantly having to deal with it just falling off. It’s happened while I’m driving with my phone in it too which is pretty dangerous… would get it again if they could make a better design on getting it to suction better to the dashboard.

Poor design
It’s a nice idea but the arm is too long and the weight of the cell phone makes it bounce around every time you hit a bump. Needs to be more compact with the center of gravity nearer the base to get more stars.
