The BM26 is a basic monitor with an easy to read display, cuff that can be adjusted to fit my small arm .The readout of data is quick .The directions for set up and use were easy to follow. Batteries were included, aconvenience. Carrying case is very convenient both to protect the monitor when not in use and also for travel.. This monitor is on the Stride list of validated monitors, but I will take it to my next physician visit to check accuracy against his manual cuff. An update- The cuff failed the accuracy test twice at my doc’s office .It reads much lower than his office cuff. My PT also found this cuff to be unreliaible.What a disappointment. I will not recommend this cuff to others.

I bought this for my wife who is blind and when she goes to use it, the darn thing practically cuts her off from the cuff squeezing her so tight. Now I think it’s amazons new way of ripping off customers I can’t even return it and I have until June 21st. I am sure they will drag it out till I can’t return it. Contact the manufacturer instead of remaining behind the companies they do business with. First it was “oh you don’t want commercials” even though we raise the prime membership every year. Now it only gives us errors after trying to cut the circulation off. Update contacted CS and they just wanted to sell me a larger cuff for my wife who weighs 135 pounds. I don’t think so. Do your self a favor and stay away from this brand at least this model. It is not returnable no matter what the problem is. Update CS sucks too
