Great customer service!
A day after receiving the car, it began to act up (I think in a somewhat rare/unfortunate way with a defective component – the car wouldn’t stop strafing/turning in one direction). I don’t think this is a common problem and I hope my saying this doesn’t dissuade anyone from the purchase. I emailed the company the next day (I was hoping recharging the car would help the problem, but it didn’t) and let them know about the issue. They asked me some questions about what was happening and I explained, and they really took care of everything. I received the replacement very quickly, which was fortunate because my niece who was visiting hadn’t left yet (I was expecting to have to send it on to her once I received it).My niece loves this car! The dance button makes her giggle so hard. I had to work with her on the controls (basic, but she’s 5 and has never had an RC car before). We didn’t try the watch-like controller as it doesn’t fit her hand well yet, but it’s very responsive to the standard controller and she got the hang of it very quickly. The car does work in grass, though turning is difficult in thick grass. She loved using it on the sidewalk in front of my house, especially.This was a good purchase and the customer service department of this company is very responsive and works to resolve problems quickly!

Missing parts
The remote control vehicle is awesome however the handremote control was missing and I have not had any luck getting a response from the manufacturer or Amazon to get this missing part.Edit: the manufacturer has now thankfully reached out in order to fix the issue.They went out of their way to make sure to fix the issue and before Christmas 🎁

Best RC truck we’ve ever bought
We have 7 kids and have been through A LOT of RC vehicles. This is by far the coolest one we’ve ever had. Kids love it we bought it for our 4 yr old daughter and so far it has had no issues. I did purchase a protection plan because history has shown that most RC vehicles don’t last very long at all. We shall see with this one but so far it’s a huge hit with everyone. Even adults like playing with it. I’ll most likely be buying second for our 8yr old.

Hand gesture remote never worked
A fairer price would have been in the $15 range. We have many RC cars from Amazon, and this one is average. It doesn’t go fast, and it doesn’t have any fancy bells or whistles. We weren’t super impressed with any one particular feature. It would be fun if this was your very first RC. However, the hand gesture remote never worked or turned on, and ours has been in the closet since its first use.
