I use fish oil for its overall health benefits. It is anti inflammatory. I heard that fish oil in high dosage is good for gut health so I decided to try this newly launched fish oil. Good things about this fish oil capsules are that there’s no off taste or smell to the capsule exterior and no fishy burps.The fish oil capsules are a bit larger than the largest caplets I take (white, Lysine) and has a rough texture on the fish oil capsules that makes swallowing a single one, very difficult. I’ve included two Ibuprofen tablets for size comparison.Three stars bc two were denied due to 1. dread of taking it and 2. the unsettled feeling after managing to get them into the pipe down to the stomach.
