This is a solid hand rail for the tub
When I was recovering from a broken leg, I was nervous stepping & out of the tub to shower. I searched online for something that could assist & found this. It’s a very solid item & easy to attach to the side of the tub: it just screws on with no damage to the tub, and is easily moved. It gives you a nice stable hand rail to hold onto. The price is very reasonable for all the help & security it offers!

I can use my tub again!
This device is really helpful for people who have difficulty maneuvering in a bathtub. I have back and knee problems which benefit greatly from a hot bath, but make it nearly impossible to me to get up from a lying position in the tub. This device was simple to install, is very sturdy and allows me to pull myself up into a position that allows me to get out of the tub by myself, as well as helping me lower myself into the tub. The adjustable height allowed me to set the handle at the perfect height. The clamp has rubbery pads which grip the tub to keep it from slipping and protect the tub from scratches. I can easily move it to a different spot on the side of the tub, remove it for cleaning or stow it when company comes. I’m very happy I bought it.

Great non-permanent solution
would recommend this for any one who needs some assistance with getting in and out of the tub. way more secure and easier to use than a bar attached to the wall and isn’t permanent. You can take this with you when you go and visit or keep stored until a loved one comes for a visit and needs assistance getting into tub. tightens up easily and stays where you put it.
