Easy to use and read
Bought it for my elderly mother. The screen is very clear and easy for my mom to understand the readings. The two cuffs was the main reason I purchased it. She kept complaining about her old maching that the cuff was too big. This one worked out great and the ease of use and big screen was icing on the cake.

The 1st one I bought, I was having a problem with the pump, I contacted aqes and their representative, Kevin was a great help. He understood the issue I was having and without any hesitation sent me a brand new bp monitor. This is a great company who really stands behind their products they are selling. This is a good product and is accurate. I compared it to several different brands of blood pressure machines. I use the larger cuff and, for me, it is a little difficult to use. I have to hold it tight and wrap the rest of the cuff around the arm – all at the same time with one hand. If I don’t get it “just right” on my arm, the machine does not work. It would be nice if the cuff had a device that would hold it tight, leaving the hand free to wrap the rest of the cuff around the arm. But I recommend this machine for its easy-to-read screen and accuracy.

Was told to get an in-game monitor. Doctor calibrated it while in the office and it was spot on to his office equipment. Unfortunately other than in his office haven’t used it cause you can’t do it one handed, and husband not too coordinated. Good product except for that.

Would give negative stars if I could. Cuff stopped working during the warranty period and I tried calling the support number for assistance but it completely sounded like a scam. I got a random “hello” as if I caught him off guard, then finally after 30 seconds they introduced themselves (sketchy) and then asked for my address immediately. I was not comfortable giving out any personal information which I mentioned so he instead asked for my order number which I decided to play it safe and just hang up. Nothing sounded legit. I’d say my gut could have been wrong but since hanging up (so far) I have received three calls one voicemail and a text. Even more sketchy. No thank you. Buy a better brand which is what I’ll be doing.
