Essential for travel
This thing saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with our toddler. We were able to use the strap to attach our Cosco Scenera travel car seat to a piece of rolling luggage and it worked great. We never could have managed all of our stuff, a toddler in a stroller, and a car seat! The price was great. It got a little dirty but I washed it in a lingerie bag and it was nice and clean again.

Gets the job done but might not be the best tool
If I did this trip more frequently I would probably splurge on something different like a cart but if you are doing a one off trip and you need to bring your car seat this get the job done.Fairly easy to use and gets the job done, but a couple things to keep in mind. I was using it with a carry on bag so I had to take it off at security and then put it back on. Also, the strap is much longer than you might ever need unless using with a giant checked bag but I don’t think that is the main use case. Because the strap is so long you need to make sure that it is tied up otherwise it will start dragging and I think it got caught in the xray machine. I ended up dragging a hole or two into the end of the strap by the end of the trip. Also, I would recommend a suitcase with a handle going vertically on the edge so the strap has something to kind of hold on to, but a handle that is a little looser so that the buckle easily slips out. I was doing this solo with my child so a little chaotic but made it work.

Worked perfectly!
We used this strap to attach our carseat to our carry-on to get through the airport, and it worked perfectly for what we needed! I really like that it had a ring to hook the top tether onto so that the carseat didn’t slip down.Some things to consider:-our suitcase was hard shell. I don’t know if a cloth suitcase would work as well.-you have to unstrap and then restrap at TSA, and then of course unstrap and restrap when you get on/off the plane. Doing it in a hurry is a bit of a hassle, but I think it’s worth it to not have to carry the carseat through the airport.-I would not trust this to use as a “stroller.” I don’t think it would hold up my kid very well when strapped to the suitcase.-The carseat I used was a COSCO Scenera Next, which fits on a carry-on with this strap, just for size reference. The Scenera Next is also a very light carseat (9 lb) which is something to consider as well.All in all, I’m glad I got this!

Didn’t work for me
I got this for a summer trip involving flying. Our child’s car seat is standard – not heavy or large. I tried multiple times to get this strap to work but it just wouldn’t hold the seat up when the suitcase was tilted to walk. The seat either fell down and dragged the ground or just fell off altogether. My suitcase shell is hard so I don’t know if that made a difference. I returned it without a problem.

Easy to use. Able to reach around checked and carryon rollers no problem. Even handled my 45 lb kiddo while strapped in! Makes traveling through airports way easier. IDK why I didn’t buy this sooner.

Just buy this. Seriously. It absolutely saved our sanity navigating several airports with luggage, a kid in a stroller, and our enormous car seat. You just follow the instructions and it straps your car seat to a roller suitcase and then you can just bring it along with you. Make sure it’s really tight, sometimes the car seat shifts around a little or drags a little on the ground and needs adjusting. Do not try to put your kid in the car seat while pulling it around on your luggage, that’s just ridiculous – it would make it WAY too heavy and unbalance the suitcase. We used this with relatively small carry on suitcases and it worked great (the car seat is actually the same size or a little bigger than the suitcase and it still worked). I can’t recommend this enough!!

Traveling with a child under 2 alone on airplane when you don’t drive is quite the struggle. Thanks to this gadget I was able to get me, my suitcase, my child’s large car seat, my child and a duffle bag to my flight with ease and with no luggage cart is sight. Would recommend to everyone I know. Extremely durable fabric and easy to use.

This is a very basic strap and i had to pull my suitcase on two wheels and could not use all four. Was not easy to set up and use. It’s okay, I just think there is something better out there

Yah this broke immediately when we used it. We were able to rig it up and make it work, but not as it’s meant to. Pretty disappointing.
