Quality Toys
Our 5 yr and and his dad loves these toys. My husband compliments them on how there well made they are. It lights up the arm lifts everything and moves around with a controller. There’s a high level of detail in the toys that my husband even gets nervous when our 5 yr old plays with it.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Dump truck operates as it should.Excavator moves as expected but bucket control only runs a full cycle scoop. There is no way to stop bucket once activated. From rest it extends and dumps, goes to dig a scoop and back to rest position. That’s too bad. There’s no way to load the dump truck with the way the excavator control works.Ok for a 4 year old but a bit disappointed.

Poor quality and durability
Super disappointed in quality and durability. One of the batteries has already broken and is not fixable. One track in the excavator has lost a roller (we have it but no way to put it back in) and therefore doesn’t roll well. The machines go wherever the want, regardless of which buttons are used on the controller which is super frustrating for kids (even my almost 10 year old got irritated and didn’t want to play anymore, and he’s at an age I can’t blame it on operator error). So sad- wanted rhese to be super fun for our 2 boys 😭

The excavator track falls off every time you try to turn
The dump truck is a lot of fun and it works great. It was very disappointed in the excavator and the truck falling off repeatedly and having my grandson bring it to me every few minutes when he’s playing with it and saying grandpa, please put this back on I would not recommend this.

Great customer service
I am a big believer in reading reviews before I buy a product so that’s why I decided to leave a review for this company. I bought this set for my 4 year old grandson. I was really happy with the size and quality of both the dump truck and the excavator. Unfortunately after a few months the excavator bucket wouldn’t work. I contacted the company and in less than two weeks a new dump truck and excavator was delivered. The customer service is great. It’s definitely a favorite with my grandson. I would highly recommend this product and this company.

4yr old grandson was overjoyed. Didn’t seem very sturdy, almost too delicate for his age but he managed with care. Battery pack screwed in makes inconvenient for recharging (safety yes) but an external port for recharging would be more convenient
