I believe it works
I had been taking this for a while at the recommendation of my physical trainer. He says it eliminated pain in his knees due to his sustained long-distance running. I had a history of problems in my shoulders that prevented me from doing the bench press, but I got up to 210 pounds. I was distracted by things in life and stopped taking my supplements. After a month, I couldn’t bench anymore. After restarting, I can bench again and am climbing the ladder again with no discomfort in my shoulders.
