These are AMAZING!!
I have a minor knee injury from slipping in water off a step from the hematoma. Needed to ice my knee for a week or so. I wanted something that is soft, not heavy and can bend around the knee. This is perfect!!! It froze within a couple of hours and the strap and fabric are so easy to use. As a plus size woman, I can tell this band will also fit around my waist for my lower back if needed. I have not heated the other one yet. So I can only review the cold. I highly recommend this set!!

This thing is amazing. I’ve recently been having random migraines and it’s perfect for my forehead. You can wrap it as tight as you want to position the cold pack on your forehead and it stays in place the whole time. 10/10 for me and some headache relief! Great price too!
