Neutral: nothing bad to report
After reading how citric acid and ascorbic acid are only a synthetic shell of a true complex vitamin c, I looked for wholesome vitamin c supplement. I tried this Paleovalley C complex. I have nothing bad to say about it. I am not sure what the difference is that I should be feeling. It’s not cheap. I use vitamin C supplement to help with iron absorption to raise my ferritin level to at least 125.
